April Taskin

April Taskin, CPA, is the SVP, Finance, Corporate Controller for SK Global Entertainment. Since joining SKG in 2006, Mrs. Taskin has overseen corporate finance and accounting, film revenue forecasting, production finance and distributor collections. She has provided financial analysis and decision making support to the executive management team on variety of projects involving motion picture production, distribution, financing and business affairs. Previously, Mrs. Taskin spent three years working as Head of Production Accounting at Media 8 Entertainment, whose productions included critically acclaimed films such as MONSTER, THE UPSIDE OF ANGER, HAVOC and MAN ABOUT TOWN.

Prior to her entertainment career, Mrs. Taskin worked in public accounting as an auditor in Andersen Worldwide. She received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Ankara.
